At PACEWELL, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.

Please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our return conditions may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Used water bottles
  • Used shaker bottles
  • Opened recovery or personal care products
  • Worn socks, underwear, or compression garments
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds do not include return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
